ShiftPay Calendar helps shift workers record rosters and estimate pay. The first version is built to keep your schedule and pay information on your device.
Data we do not collect
We do not collect, sell, rent or share your roster entries, pay rates, work patterns or calendar notes. The first version does not require an account.
Data stored on your device
The app stores the following locally on your device:
- Shift entries
- Roster templates
- Hourly rate and pay rule settings
- Subscription entitlement state
This data is used only to provide the calendar, pay estimate and Pro feature access.
Purchases
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
iCloud
iCloud sync is planned for a future version. If enabled later, your data may sync through your personal iCloud account according to Apple's iCloud terms.
Children's privacy
ShiftPay Calendar is intended for adults entering the workforce. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
