Common questions

How do I enter my roster?

Open the Calendar tab, tap a date, then choose Day Shift, Evening Shift, Night Shift, Day Off or a custom shift. Long-press a date to enter batch mode and apply the same shift to multiple days at once.

Are pay estimates official payroll calculations?

No. ShiftPay Calendar provides estimates for personal planning. Always check your employer's payroll records and your employment agreement. Estimates may differ from actual pay due to tax, super, allowances or award interpretation.

How do I restore purchases?

Open the Me tab and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are restored through your App Store account — no login or password is required from us.

Does the app upload my roster?

The first version stores roster and pay settings locally on your device. iCloud sync is planned for a future version and will be opt-in.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → ShiftPay Calendar → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.

Does ShiftPay support my country?

The first release ships with Australian, US, Canadian, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan public holiday awareness. Pay rules are user-configurable, so it works wherever rotating rosters exist. Tell us what country and award you're on — we'll consider it for the next holiday data update.
